Delete my account

You can permanently delete your Zepama account on this page. This is the same account you use in the iOS and Android apps. You do not need to log in to the web portal.

Deletion cannot be undone. You will lose your profile, verification status, safety points, event history, connections, wallet, and related data.

If you cannot remember your password, reset it in the Zepama app, or email support@zepama.io. Read how we handle data in the Privacy Policy.
