Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Zepama mobile apps and zepama.io. By creating an account or using Zepama you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Zepama lets people follow and share civic updates (safety, opportunities, and community), join missions and events, and—on a desktop or laptop—use the web portal. Some features (Walk Mode, Drive Mode, live step tracking) are available only in the phone app. We may add, change, or remove features.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person should use one account. Host accounts represent an organization and must be used for that organization.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, harm others, or appear fraudulent.

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Zepama a licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to run the service (including city feeds and sharing pages).

Do not post anything illegal, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to share. Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt Zepama. Safety reports should be made in good faith.

Zepama is not a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency numbers. We do not guarantee that a report will be seen or acted on by authorities.

Some events, host plans, or rewards may involve payment. Prices, refunds, and taxes are shown at checkout or in the relevant host terms. Payment processors handle card data under their own policies.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload Zepama; impersonate others; or use the service to spam, harass, or discriminate. Location and identity features must not be used to stalk or threaten anyone.

Zepama is provided “as is”. City feeds, maps, and third-party listings (jobs, tickets, venues) may be incomplete or delayed. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).

You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy Policy on this website, or in the mobile app. We may retain limited records as described in the Privacy Policy.
